[Grab Holdings](https://www.grab.com/sg/press/others/grab-reports-third-quarter-2026-results-raises-full-year-guidance/?ref=southeastasiaconnect.com) raised its 2026 group revenue guidance to US$4.15 billion to US$4.20 billion and adjusted EBITDA guidance to US$790 million to US$800 million after reporting third-quarter revenue of US$1.112 billion, up 27% year on year. The company published the results on 3 November for the quarter ended 30 September. The figures are unaudited, and the new guidance is a forward-looking company expectation.

Group [adjusted EBITDA reached US$237 million](https://www.grab.com/sg/press/others/grab-reports-third-quarter-2026-results-raises-full-year-guidance/?ref=southeastasiaconnect.com), up 73% year on year. That is a non-IFRS measure, distinct from the US$18 million profit for the period reported in the same release. The stronger group result matters across Grab's Southeast Asian delivery, mobility and financial-services businesses, but it does not establish that every local partner earned more.

The [Financial Services segment recorded positive adjusted EBITDA](https://www.grab.com/sg/press/others/grab-reports-third-quarter-2026-results-raises-full-year-guidance/?ref=southeastasiaconnect.com) for the first time, at US$12 million, compared with negative US$28 million a year earlier. Segment revenue rose 124% to US$201 million. Grab attributed the improvement partly to lending contributions and businesses added to the segment this year. This is segment adjusted EBITDA, not a claim that every financial-services operation is net profitable.

For delivery merchants, Grab [reported](https://www.grab.com/sg/press/others/grab-reports-third-quarter-2026-results-raises-full-year-guidance/?ref=southeastasiaconnect.com) 21% revenue growth to US$561 million. Average monthly active merchant-partners rose 7% year on year, while their average earnings rose 15%, according to the company. Those regional averages do not describe every merchant or establish a country-level outcome. Grab also linked delivery margin growth partly to advertising monetisation, a signal for merchants weighing the cost and value of platform promotion.

For drivers, the company [reported](https://www.grab.com/sg/press/others/grab-reports-third-quarter-2026-results-raises-full-year-guidance/?ref=southeastasiaconnect.com) 20% year-on-year growth in active driver-partners, and separately said on-demand incentives rose to 10.7% of gross merchandise value. The figures show continued investment in supply, but the release does not establish individual driver income gains. Fintech competitors and investors will also be watching the larger loan book: Grab reported a US$2.7 billion gross loan portfolio and a 2.6% ratio of loans at least 90 days past due. The guidance and operating measures remain company-reported and subject to the stated risks.
