# Nucleus Software and FPT bring new lending platforms to Vietnam

Nucleus Software and Vietnam-based technology group FPT have launched FinnOne Neo 9.0 and FinnAxia 9.0 in Hanoi, presenting the platforms to banking and technology leaders at the first Nucleus Synapse Vietnam forum.

## A Vietnam-specific launch

The companies position FinnOne Neo as a digital-lending platform spanning decisioning, origination, servicing and collections, while FinnAxia targets connected transaction banking. The launch reflects rising demand among Vietnamese financial institutions for automation that can operate within governance, risk and resilience requirements. ## What the platforms are intended to do

Local implementation capability is central to the proposition. FPT gives Nucleus Software an established delivery partner in Vietnam, where bank modernisation increasingly depends on integrating new decision tools with existing systems and regulatory controls. The two companies have already worked together on a debt-management deployment at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, giving the partnership a reference point beyond the launch event.

## Adoption is the next test

This was a product launch and industry event. Adoption across participating institutions and measurable operating gains remain to be demonstrated. Follow-up evidence should include named deployments, implementation milestones, audited performance and customer outcomes. Banks evaluating the platforms will also need to test data governance, model oversight, cybersecurity, integration effort and how automated decisions are explained to customers and regulators.
