RedDoorz, a Southeast Asian hotel and accommodation platform, says its teams used the Inspecto audit system for 4,900 property checks across more than 1,500 properties so far in 2026\. In a 27 October announcement, the company described how the system turns quality findings into assigned work that staff must verify before a case can close.

Inspecto, introduced within the past year, lets hotel teams record room and bathroom cleanliness, facilities, amenities and service-procedure checks without paper forms. A finding is assigned to the relevant team, with AI helping categorise and route the case. RedDoorz says closure requires completed and verified corrective action. People still inspect the property and judge whether the fix is sufficient.

The reported audits span RedDoorz's multi-brand network, including SANS, UrbanView, The Lavana, Sunerra and Mitra RedDoorz. The company also conducts mystery audits at hotels it operates directly.

Guest reviews feed a separate in-house tool, RedPilot, which can turn repeated comments about cleanliness, room condition, check-in or facilities into alerts and staff tickets. For Southeast Asian property partners, the operational change is a traceable path from an inspection or guest comment to a named team, a completed fix and human verification.
