Singapore-based commerce technology company Graas has raised US$17 million in Series B funding and completed its acquisition of Trustana. The combination matters for Southeast Asian brands because it brings product, sales and marketplace data into the same operating layer used by Graas' AI tools.

Graas said LemmaTree led the round, with participation from existing and new investors. The company did not disclose the acquisition price or a valuation for the funding round.

Trustana provides product-data and catalogue tools for brands and distributors. Graas said the acquired capabilities will help merchants structure product information and connect it with marketplace, advertising and inventory data.

For businesses selling across Southeast Asia, fragmented data remains a practical obstacle. Product details, stock positions, advertising spend and marketplace sales often sit in separate systems, making it harder to compare performance or act quickly when demand changes.

The acquisition gives Graas a broader data foundation, but the commercial test will be whether customers can integrate their existing systems without costly implementation work and improve day-to-day decisions rather than simply add another dashboard.

Customers and investors should watch integration progress, adoption across markets and evidence that the combined platform improves inventory, merchandising or marketing outcomes.
