South Korea-listed NICE Information & Telecommunication has acquired more than 93% of Vietnamese beauty-business software company EasySalon, marking the payments and financial-technology provider’s first acquisition in Vietnam.

The transaction gives NICE I&T a controlling position in a software-as-a-service platform built for hair salons, spas, barbershops, nail salons and beauty clinics. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Two independent reports published on 21 and 26 August agree that NICE I&T acquired EasySalon. One report put the acquired stake at more than 93% and said the transaction changed EasySalon’s status to a foreign-invested company.

Founded in 2019, EasySalon provides operating software for appointments, customer management and other day-to-day operations in the beauty sector. The platform was used by more than 5,000 businesses across 34 Vietnamese provinces as of July 2026, according to information supplied for the transaction. That customer figure is not independently audited in the available record and remains attributed.

NICE I&T is listed on South Korea’s KOSDAQ market and provides payment infrastructure, card processing, payment terminals, point-of-sale systems and transaction-data services. The reports describe the EasySalon acquisition as its first M&A transaction in Vietnam, following an earlier investment in Indonesia.

The deal links a Vietnamese vertical-software operator with a larger regional payments and financial-technology group. Beauty businesses often combine bookings, customer records, staff scheduling, inventory and payments across separate tools; a unified platform can become a distribution point for payments and other services.

The transaction does not establish which NICE I&T services will be integrated or on what timetable. The next evidence points are the integration plan, customer retention, expansion beyond Vietnam and any addition of payment or financial services.
