YingShen Intelligence’s embodied robots are set to enter Vietnamese footwear factories under agreements with several manufacturers in Hai Phong, according to a Media OutReach Newswire release.
The release says Hangzhou YingShen Intelligent Technology will export hundreds of flexible embodied robots to participating footwear factories, with the systems initially focused on gluing and sole pressing before wider production-line use cases are tested.
The commercial interest is the setting. Footwear production is labour-intensive, variable and difficult to automate cleanly.
