Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX company, has added four capabilities to Destination AI, its programme for technology resellers developing AI services. Its 28 October Singapore announcement targets Asia-Pacific partners serving small and medium-sized businesses. The additions give resellers a way to choose a customer problem, test a possible solution and train staff to support it.

AI Game Plan is a guided planning workshop that helps resellers and customers identify and prioritise useful AI applications. Cloud Labs lets them test a proposed application before deployment. StreamOne, Tech Data's online reseller platform, now includes an AI Skills Marketplace with prebuilt AI functions for sales, marketing, customer support, operations and knowledge management. A separate AI Skills Foundations course trains reseller staff to identify and support AI opportunities.

Tech Data says the prebuilt AI Skills are available at no cost. It sees potential reseller revenue from related software licences, usage and services.
