VinFast offers dealer support for electric-motorcycle showrooms in Indonesia and the Philippines
Qualifying dealers can receive up to US$60,000 per new outlet, with the maximum tied to opening deadlines and multi-store conditions.

VinFast is offering up to US$60,000 per new electric-motorcycle showroom to dealer partners in Indonesia and the Philippines, adding a time-limited financial incentive to its effort to expand distribution in both markets. The offer announced on 13 October could change the upfront economics for a prospective dealer, but the maximum depends on store standards, opening dates and the number of locations a partner opens.
The basic support is up to US$40,000 for a qualifying showroom opened by 31 December 2026. VinFast says the amount depends on the store's size, floor area and compliance with dealership standards. Those standards cover brand identity, showroom design, operating procedures and customer service, according to the issuer. A location opened by 31 October can qualify for up to US$5,000 more. A partner that opens at least three stores can receive up to US$15,000 more per location. The three ceilings add to the advertised US$60,000 maximum only when the relevant conditions are met.
The offer is about building a dealer network
The announcement changes the terms on which local businesses may consider opening an electric-motorcycle outlet. VinFast says it will also provide business consulting, marketing support and training for its dealership standards.
VinFast reported 63 electric-motorcycle dealerships operating across Indonesia and the Philippines as of September 2026. That figure is the existing network baseline, not an addition created by the new incentive. The company says it is targeting hundreds of stores in each market by year-end, a stated ambition that depends on dealer recruitment and opening schedules.
The planned outlets would initially offer VinFast electric-motorcycle models including Evo, Feliz II and Viper, alongside the company's service and warranty arrangements. The manufacturer also points to battery swapping as part of its product offer. Dealer support may widen physical access to those vehicles in two large Southeast Asian markets.
