What we collect
- Newsletter: first name, last name, email address, optional company and role, consent and subscription status.
- Submissions: name, work email, job title, company, LinkedIn URL, source details, files, rights confirmations and privacy/editing consent.
- Website use: technical and analytics information such as pages viewed, device/browser information and referral context where enabled.
Why we use it
We use information to deliver requested newsletter updates, review and follow up on submissions, respond to questions, protect the service, understand aggregate site use and meet legal or security obligations. We do not publish private submitter details without an appropriate editorial decision and permission.
Service providers and transfers
We may use hosting, storage, analytics and form-processing providers acting on our instructions. Where information is processed outside Singapore, we take steps required under applicable data-protection law to maintain a comparable level of protection.
Choices and requests
You may withdraw newsletter consent, unsubscribe from future emails, or ask for access to or correction of personal data we hold. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
